Fork, Knife and Glass Anniversary

After much excitement, crazy shopping and extreme cold weather, the Fork, Knife and Glass Dinner Club got together a in Westville and thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. Distell had brought over their best wines to pair with the food. And a shout out to them for their support. Thanks Tumie. The menu;
We relished on chicken skewers, cucumber salsa, and thai spring rolls. Following that was A terrine of bacon, mushrooms and spinach, Layered around with a red wine sauce.

The mains; Chicken roulade filled with pepperdews and mozzarella cheese. Accompanied with poached asparagus and golden new potatoes. Layered on a creamy orange flavoured tarragon hollandaise sauce
